Informal meet-up

We’re delighted to share that the K&IM Committee will be meeting in person for the first time since the pandemic—and we’d love to take this opportunity to connect with our members too.

Before the formal committee meeting, we’re hosting an informal, lunchtime meet-up and invite K&IM SIG members to join us for a relaxed catch-up.

We’ll be hosted by K&IM Committee member Agnes Kozlowska at the MHRA offices, meeting in the cafeteria.

This is a great chance to meet fellow members, reconnect in person, and exchange ideas in an informal setting.

Please note:

• Lunch is not provided—feel free to bring your own or purchase food on-site (card payments only).
• Attendance is limited to K&IM SIG members.

To comply with building security, please register by 17:00 BST on Tuesday, 22 September to be added to the visitor list.

Entry to any government building requires a photo ID (such as a driving licence or government card), and everyone should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of the event start time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

On the day:

• Bring a valid photo ID (e.g. passport or driving licence).

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in.

• Report to reception as a pre-booked guest of Agnes Kozlowska.
