We are excited to announce that our next CILIP Youth Libraries Group conference will be held in Oxford. Our first venue is the Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford and the second venue is TBC but will be close by.
Booking is now OPEN!
The team are finalising the programme, which will be available shortly, but for those wishing to book early you can do so now. Early Bird Discount prices have been extended by popular demand until the 31st May 2026.

Accommodation is not included in the ticket prices mentioned above. Your accommodation need to be booked by yourself or your organisation separately.
Discounted rooms are available at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford for YLG delegates. Once you have booked your ticket for conference you will receive an email including a discount code and booking instructions.
Alternative hotels are available nearby, including:
- Holiday Inn Oxford (0.8 miles from the Leonardo)
- Travelodge Oxford Peartree (0.8 miles from the Leonardo)
- A number a guest houses and independent hotels close by.
The Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is a short drive outside of Oxford, to the North of the city in Wolvercote.
By train:
Oxford Parkway train station: 1.6 miles
Oxford train station: 3.2 miles
By car:
The hotel is well situated for driving to Oxford with it being 10 minutes from the M40 and just off the A34, A44 and A40.
By bus:
The hotel is just 15 minutes outside of central Oxford on the bus, with a number of bus routes running past or close to the hotel.
